Using Frontiermalls
Frontiermalls is a fully configured online shopping mall ready for immediate use by merchants. You can sign up for free today and have your products for sale online immediately.Facilities available online include delivery services in partnership with Tranex and Tradeways Express and payment through Interswitch, easily the most popular online payment platform in Nigeria.
Your goods are exposed to a wide variety of customers because Frontiermalls is a multi-product, multi-merchant platform. It is the online equivalent of the traditional market place.
Transaction Flow
1. Merchant registers on Frontiermalls and obtains password to upload products, set prices and shipping methods.
2. Customers select and pay for goods and services.
3. Money is collected from customers through Interswitch or Cash lodgement into Frontiermalls transaction account with UBA.
4. Merchant is notified of purchase, and the merchant’s nominated account credited with value (less service commissions). This may be by direct transfer - if we use the same bank, or by cheque.
5. Merchant supplies goods using preffered delivery methods. This can be by the courier companies partnering with Frontiermalls or using own delivery methods.
Service Fees:
You do not incur any expenses until you sell. The mall charges a transaction fee to cover operation costs and Interswitch charges as follows:
a. 2.5% for goods valued up to N150,000.
b. N2,000 + 1% on merchandise higher than N150,000.
